Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on most of our products but there are some products for which we charge additional shipping fees. Please note thatfree shipping can take longer to deliver – usually 15 to 30 days – but can save you money, which you can use to buy other free shipping products.
We also offer customers the opportunity to pay for their shipping and receive their orders within a much shorter time period, 7 – 14 days.
Our aim is to deliver every product to you in the shortest space of time and we are constantly working with our courier partners to cut down the delivery time.
At present, our standard delivery time to the UK and most European countries is 7-14 days from the date of the order. Please note that in most cases you can expect delivery within 7 – 10 days but we advise that you plan for delivery to reach you within 14 days of the date of the order.
Customers will be presented with the Free Shipping option on our products, which are eligible for free shipping, when checking out. Free Shipping includes online tracking facilities. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Time for Free Shipping
Deliveries on orders from the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand can take 2 to 4 weeks.
Deliveries on orders from Europe (including the UK), South/Central America and Asia can take 2 to 6 weeks. If deliveries do not arrive within 6 weeks at the very latest please notify us.
Deliveries on orders from the rest of the world, including South Africa, can take 5 to 8 weeks. If deliveries do not arrive within 9 weeks, then customers will be refunded or partially refunded on their orders.
For countries with longer delivery times, please make sure you order a size or two bigger to avoid any disappointment.
There may be occasional customs related delays during shipping. These delays are uncontrollable and may result in delayed delivery of the order. Items are mainly shipped via the post office and must be collected. Please ensure the correct delivery address (and correct postal code) are provided at check out. Positive ID is required when collecting the parcels at the post office.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way. Please contact your customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/ duties.
We accept refunds within 30 days of your receiving your order. We will not be able to accept refunds if you have had the product for more than 30 days.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that if the returned product is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing any parts, we will not be able to refund you. Any refunds should be sent to the following address:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return has been rejected, then you will be asked to arrange for the re-collection/delivery of your item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product you have purchased for any other reason, you will be responsible for the costs of shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
